Adapted physical activity are done by instructors who have graduated from a university of sports and sciences and have specialised in physical activity and health.
Through sports and physical activities, they work with the goals of preventing, educating, readaptating and encouraging one’s social insertion.
They develop the physical and psychological capacities of people with special needs, especially in the following fields : back pain, women pre and post natal, chronic illnesses, obesity and overweight, post stroke, children with motor handicaps and people of an advanced age.
After evaluating your overall physical health, your day to day habits, your personal requests and your motiviation, the adapted physical activity instructor will be able to suggest a personalised and safe program to improve your physical abilities, your autonomy and your well being.
