Physical Activity Rehabilitation
What is it?
Firstly:
Global evaluation of your physical habits
– Your personal features
– Your physical activity levels
– Evaluation of the four parameters of the physical condition (endurance, strength, flexibility, balance)
– Definition of the objectives
– Setup of an action plan
Then:
Individualised physical exercises
– Minimum of 6 private sessions
– Then a continuation in private courses or a change to an appropriate group class
The rehabilitation enables:
– To regain your own body
– To get once more the necessary physical capacities to facilitate the everyday life

• To reduce breathlessness
