Pre & Post Natal Class are Individual classes using Pilates, yoga and hypopressive exercises techniques

In prenatal classes:

Create space, bring awareness, confidence and independence in body management during pregnancy.

Feeling: Visualise your pelvis (its bones, its muscles), knowing where to locate it and getting familiar with the area.
Containing: Learning how the pelvic floor functions, reinforce/loosen up the pelvis to support the baby and the surrounding organs
Carrying and supporting the baby: By correcting and changing the physiological changes caused by pregnancy through relaxing positions.
Moving: Guiding the daily movements to adapt them and make them safer.

When?
Starting from the second trimester (4th month) : the earlier you start, the more beneficial it will be.

In postpartum classes:

Bringing you serenity and energy in your daily movements

Tighten up the abdomen and the perineum
Mobilise the legs
Focusing on yourself: reclaiming your body, getting in touch with it, eventually gaining confidence.
Toning up softly and safely; contracting by extending the spine without pushing downwards.

When?
As soon as you gave birth soft adapted exercises are possible. Whenever you will be ready.

NB: It is preferable to see an obstetrician or midwife in order to approve the future physical activity.
